KUHLMEYER ZBS2 grinding machine

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are pleased to announce that we have recently bought new
machine which complements our extensive machine section – the
KUHLMEYER ZBS2 grinder for the processing of spatial and flat
parts.

The two-stripe belt grinder is designed for roughing and finishing
the surface of welded edges, corners and flat surfaces as well as
medium-sized steel, stainless steel and aluminum components.

Thanks to two separate sanding belts for coarse and fine sanding
we are able to save time of processing about approximately 50%:
the workpiece needs to be clamped only once. The equipment also
saves up to 25% of the processing time: the workpiece can be
oriented around 5 axes so it can be processed with all sides in
one clamping.
