Our machine park has been enriched with another Kitamura Mycenter HX500IG horizontal machining center which offers a large working space combined with exceptional accuracy and rigidity of the machine. From solid cast iron construction, hand-scraped surfaces, sliding guides and double ball screw technology, providing fast speeds for working feeds, to the power of the spindles used.
The machine is equipped with two 500 x 500 mm pallets with a changer and the X, Y and Z axis travel of 870, 800 and 930 mm, respectively. A special advantage of the machine is the possibility of using NTK ceramic end mills. It allows us to cut the material much faster which increases the efficiency of roughing and high quality finish!
